This was a ten week project, which required working closely with multiple parties including out-of-state owners, out-of-state franchise and out-of-state architects. Broadview expedited the project with utilizing a schedule to keep all parties current on the project by scheduling ahead by one week. The schedule listed the dates of the different tasks and work to be started each week. It contained current job site photos for the week, which allowed all parties to have a great insight during the project. The job consisted of the completion of an unfinished vanilla shell for a new tenant build out, the demolition of the existing retail space restrooms and the new below-grade plumbing required for a complete full service bar/restaurant. Broadview successfully provided a steel mezzanine within two weeks of starting date, allowing all other disciplines to complete their task in a timely manner. Broadview also assisted the owner by setting up the custom salad bar, tables and booths for their opening.
